Spot Ultra Velvet (UV) coating is a super shiny layer on top against a matte finish surface.
Spot UV Coating is a clear liquid spread over a specific area on the paper like ink and then cured instantly with ultraviolet light. It is a high gloss coating, and can be used as a spot covering to accent a particular image on the sheet . UV coating is applied as a separate finishing operation as a spot coating. You can virtually use spot UV coating to cover any shapes, even fine lines and texts on a paper.
For example, you sell furniture; you have a nice Italian sofa shown on your business card and you want it stands out. We can precisely spot UV the sofa while leave the rest in matte finish. |

Foil stamping uses heat and metallic film that produces a shiny design on prints. Foil stamping, can be combined with dimensional embossing to make letters and images on many different types of printing.
Foil stamping uses dyes that are heated and seal a thin later of metallic leaf onto a surface. It presses the foil against the substrate material with enough pressure that the foil sticks only in the intended places, leaving a slight imprint. The edges of the foil stamp may be straight, curved, or sculpted to make the image pop or float above the page.
The reflective and unusual treatment is sure to catch the eye of a potential customer.

In times you might want your prints to be cut in shape which would better describing your products or business. For example, you run a photography place and need to send postcards to your potential customers. You may think of making the postcards in a camera shape. |

Embossing creates a magnificent graphic element by allowing designs to be raised, or depressed, in the paper. Text and cover papers are molded with heat, pressure and an embossing die. The effect is sensual, setting the communication apart by creating a third dimension.
Embossing is a technique for altering the surface of a sheet of paper by adding sculptural and dimensional qualities. The process works because paper is malleable; it will embrace and retain an image of whatever object is pressed against it.
Thicker papers offer more dramatic effects since the embossing can push deeper into the surface, and varying levels of relief are possible. |

It's silky smooth - a signature standard feature for most of our card products. Lamination protects prints by permanently bonding thin clear plastic film to one or both sides of the prints, making them tear- and water resistant. It preserves your prints from moisture and environmental damage. In addition, color enhancement and contrast are added to your print images. Lamination prevents prints from becoming creased, wrinkled, stained, smudged, abraded and/or marked by grease, fingerprints and environmental concerns.
Besides silky matte lamination, we also offer high gloss lamination to many other printing products such as brochures, folders, stickers, etc. |
For plastic cards - the coolest features that you can find that truly make your plastic cards an unforgettable statement about your business. You can request your plastic cards to be complete clear, partial clear as well as translucent.
