Spot UV Coating is a clear liquid spread over a specific area on the paper like ink and then cured instantly with ultraviolet light. It is a high gloss coating, and can be used as a spot covering to accent a particular image on the sheet . UV coating is applied as a separate finishing operation as a spot coating. You can virtually use spot UV coating to cover any shapes, even fine lines and texts on a paper.
