Spiralize, Inc. is an advanced technology and design firm that builds professional and high quality websites for individuals, small companies, and large public corporations.  These websites are either as simple as just detailing basic information to dynamic custom web applications and ecommerce websites. Spiralize is now hiring for an Website Sales & Marketing Representative who is willing to increase our company’s sales, while increase their own potential for income.

The Representative would be responsible for maintaining and developing new business for an established organization. The main responsibilities will involve developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies as well as maintaining excellent customer relations and networking strategies.
All new accounts should be handled in compliance with Spiralize representatives directives.  This is a Contract to possible Permanent position.  We would like to expect that you are dedicating at least 20-25 hours or more per week, as this is Telecommute position.  You need to be self-sufficient and have your own home office environment such as a computer, internet, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.  We are looking for only those people with a strong work ethic and discipline to self-motivate.

You will be expected to provide weekly reports as to your progress and any issues that you are having.   We find that this is a very casual working environment with plenty of flexibility.  We also find that a fair amount of stress can occur, so we are looking for people that can handle the clients, their busy deadlines, and their client’s questions and concerns.

We are headquartered just outside Chicago, Illinois in Orland Park, Illinois.  We eventually are looking to establish office space for the printing side of our business, but right now that is not a concern of ours.  We will always have our telecommuting program, as it has proven for the past three years to be very successful.

Website Sales & Marketing Representative >>>> Compensation

Compensation is a commission plus bonuses.  We can give you an idea of what you can earn if you put forth a minimal effort, medium efforts, or if you go all out.  We reward representative bringing in highly profitable accounts or who consistent have a above average performances.  We do we not pay a salary?  If we paid you a salary of 5,000 per month that is all you would receive with the exception of a bonus here or there.  If we pay you directly on commissions, you could bring in the same number of clients and instead of a 5,000 salary, earn 15,000 in commissions.  We would rather pay you a 6 figure annual commission, then a $30,000 salary.
We put all new Representatives on a 2 month evaluation/probation period.  At this point we ask you to make a minimum of $5,000 in monthly sales.  By the third month you should be up to our normal quota of $10,000. We are somewhat flexible and are simply looking for a win-win situation between you and the company.
